What is your favourite evil team?

Everyone knows that George W. Bush's favourite evil team is the "Axis of Evil" of North Korea and Iraq.

But there are some other famous evil teams...

The original use of the word "Axis" to depict an evil team was prior to and during the second world war, when "The Axis" of Germany, Italy and then later Japan was the Enemy. This term arose from the Rome-Berlin Axis signed in 1936.

Sixty-six year later, the following axes have been revealed:

The "Axis of Death" was formed in May this year, when the USA sided with Iraq and Somalia in defence of the death penalty for children at a UN special session on children in New York. Apparently former and current enemies can agree on some basic principles, such as the principle of legally putting children to death.

The "Axis of Medieval", comprising the Vatican, the USA and Islamic States, opposed a clause in the World Summit Agreement to ensure that health services conformed with human rights and fundamental freedoms. Fundamentalist Christians and Muslims are united on one thing at least.

Also at the World Summit, the "Axis of Environmental Evil" revealed itself, when OPEC, the USA and Japan opposed any targets in the Agreement for increasing the use of energy from wind, wave and sun.
