Welcome to the very late autumn post-war, post-election edition of the Clarence Environment Centre newsletter. We’re still overcome with admiration for the way the mainstream media has reported international, national and local events this year. We wish we could have shown the same passionate support for the power elite. Here’s our version of events. Remember, the newsletter is for all of us to share our ideas, reports, stories, images, poetry and ravings. It’s a way to show each other how we make sense of this bewildering but beautiful world. If you’d like to contribute, just leave your offering at the Centre in the newsletter pigeonhole. Thanks to all the people who helped: Simon, Chris, Gary, Ben, Mark, Truus, Jim and Janet. Thanks also to all the volunteers who keep the Environment Centre going. You are appreciated.
