CHOICE?
I’ve made up my mind; I’ve made a choice.
If I made a choice, I used judgement and therefore took responsibility. I’ve made a choice to live my life the best I can, giving space to others, be they plants, animals, rocks minerals or other beings that occupy the same place as me.
How do I live my life with this responsibility? Is this possible or do I fool myself? Choices to my right and left, every path gives more choices: a never-ending search for my truth, so this is what I can do. I’ve made my choice to see myself as a small earth, every part of my body (my being) as a mirror of some part of this earth. I’ve made the choice to understand this earth and to try and give it good food, water, air and light and a whole lot of love.
What will you choose? Which electricity? Which healing? Who will you vote for? What will you buy? Why? How much impact will you choose to make? How much choice do you have? Does your choice come from your head or your heart? How can we make choices that benefit all beings?
Bury me not so deep
That I cannot feel the touch of leaves,
The bark of great straight trees,
The shaggy ones,
And those that shed their strips of skin,
Smoothest in dew at dawn
But straight, straight, and strong
